- Five 30-minute group classes via Zoom (one 30-minute session each day)
- Two 30-minute individual sessions with a Board-Certified Music Therapist
- Approximately six hours of on-demand video programming and curated content
- Additional materials (relating to the week's theme) which may be shipped or emailed to you
